Our Focus

Cition is the next generation Cognitive City–builder

We harmonise urban infra-structure with human aspiration.

We are proactively working with partners and experts to design state-of-the-art opportunities for education, innovation, sports, entertainment and other socially beneficial activities, with the aim to deliver an enriched and fulfilling experience for our residents and surrounding areas.

The biggest challenge for the future generations lies in finding the right balance between virtual and physical living. The development of Cognitive Cities is our bold response to that.

Our Cognitive City developments are hardwired by the combined foundations of a Learning City and Innovation Districts and enhanced by the latest cognitive technologies.

Cition, the next lifestyle frontier, manifests in the following ways:

More opt-in, customised services:

Cition Cognitive City will not only be “smart” but “cognitive”, learning from and evolving with with its residents, according to their needs and aspirations, igniting a leap in urban living unseen in the last 100 years.

Learning for the self and solving for the many:

Australia is fortunate to be the home of highly educated immigrants, however there is a chronic shortage of quality education in these new population growth corridors. Cition will bridge this gap by creating learning opportunities for 20,000+ domestic and international students ranging from K-12 and TAFE to Universities, working closely with R&D institutions and industry partners in a boisterous innovation environment.

Hyper localised jobs:

Currently about 80% of job holders in population growth areas work far away from home. With Australia’s population set to double in the next generation, this could cause an unhealthy and unsustainable social divide. Cition’s Cognitive City model will aim at providing hyper localised jobs to at least 1/3 of its residents. For example, for a typical Cition Cognitive City with 30,000 residents, we will create over 10,000+ close-to-home jobs.
